The hotel had fabulous rooms that were clean, well-equipped, and a great size, with all white furniture as displayed on the website. However, there were baby cockroaches crawling around, which was not pleasant. The service was really disappointing, with rude and disrespectful staff who failed to provide the promised room upgrade and constant drilling noise from maintenance. The location, although offering great oceanfront access and pretty views, was far from South Beach and had some closures affecting convenience. The dining experience was mediocre with poor breakfast options and basic meals. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities provided were satisfactory.
The hotel is very spacious, which is really nice when traveling as a family, but without the slightest possibility of ventilation in the rooms. The building is right next to the beach, although it had too many access doors that made us feel unsafe, especially the one leading to the kitchen.
